  1. Process and analyze complex data sets utilizing Microsoft Excel.
  2. Apply foundational accounting principles and knowledge to support daily operations.
  3. Perform daily sales transaction reconciliations from the ALFAGIFT platform.
  4. Monitor and track fund settlements from various payment channels.
  5. Prepare, verify, and organize necessary financial data for daily journal entries.
  6. Provide support to the Customer Service (CS) team in verifying and processing refund claims.

  1. Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Economics, majoring in Accounting.
  2. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply / Minimum 1 year of experience in the Retail or E-commerce industry is highly preferred.
  3. Proficient in advanced Microsoft Excel functions (e.g., VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
  4. Knowledge of Python is a plus (not mandatory).
  5. Detail-oriented, highly analytical, and proactive/self-motivated.
  6. Accustomed to managing and working with large volumes of data.
  7. Possess strong communication skills.
  8. Able to perform effectively under tight daily deadlines.
